Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice by calling us at 04 381 2885 or emailing info@hana-akari.co.nz.

Late Cancellation Fee (Less than 24 hours): If less than 24 hours' notice is given, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee equal to 50% (half the cost) of your scheduled massage treatment.

Short Notice / No-Show Fee (Less than 3 hours): If no notice is given, or if you cancel/reschedule with less than 3 hours' notice, you will be invoiced a cancellation fee equal to 100% (the full cost) of your scheduled massage treatment.

Why We Have a Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are in effect to ensure that our therapists are fairly compensated for their time. As a busy clinic, we often have to turn away other clients. When inadequate notice is given, it is extremely difficult for us to fill those vacant spots. This not only negatively impacts our therapists' livelihood but also prevents other clients from booking treatments they may need.
We kindly ask that you be courteous to your therapist and fellow clients by respecting our policies. Thank you for your understanding and support.
